Shipping fees are already included in fee so there is no additional cost. Shipping usually takes about 7-10 days to arrive to their destination. Please advise holidays and inclement weather may alter these expected delivery times. It is the responsibility of the client to make sure shipping address is accurate. The shipping company provides confirmation photos to the appointed address.

RAMP Cared Primary and Weight Loss LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen product. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered please contact your local authorities first. Then, contact RAMP Cared Primary and Weight Loss LLC.
